Asian fruit psyllid now in Riverside County too

  1. Your headline seems mis-leading.

    The linked article relates that they have found only the Asian Citrus Psyllid (ACP), not Huanglongbing (HLB), in Jurupa Valley.

    The ACP is the insect vector for the HLB disease. The Southern California citrus quarantine is for the ACP. HLB has only been verified in one tree in Hacienda Heights.

    At least that is what I have read from the CDFA, and LA Times.
